2nd June 2021 Windsurfing: Bradfield Wind Direction: ENE Wind Stength: 6kts Surf / Sea State: flat Air Temperature: warm Sea Temperature: warm Weather: Sunny Max Speed: 0 Distance Covered: 0 Great weather and whats app was buzzing either Felixstowe or Bradfield. Chose the latter but the wind was even lighter than Monday. Rigged 9.3 and the Starboard 1100 wing on the 115+ fuse with the stab on +1, hoping to test those settings, but didn't bother to launch. The others were wallowing except for Colsey and Nick. DC was just flying when I could even detect any wind on the beach. Could only have been 4 or 5knots, amazing. Lots of chat and saw Neil Craig and a few others sneaking flight, so they had a little fun. Packed up at high tide, but no probs as the weather was glorious - def 25/28 in the sun. The Felixstowe guys made the better call. Next time. |
